Now Offering Purpose-Led Career Coaching for Women
After 15 years reinventing my career across continents, industries, and languages, I’m now helping women design careers with clarity, confidence, and purpose. If you’re navigating a pivot, looking for meaningful work, or feeling stuck, Joyful Compass offers guidance grounded in global experience, emotional intelligence, and practical strategy.
Should we start now?
The short answer is yes.
Getting clear on where you stand now is one of the most powerful things you can do for your future. When you understand your impact and your direction before anyone asks, you move from reacting to leading — and that confidence shows.
You also begin positioning yourself (and your business) as someone who is intentional, values-aligned, and prepared to grow in a low-carbon economy. The people who care about this — customers, partners, and especially employees — notice.
Clarity becomes a differentiator. When others hesitate, you can speak authentically about where you are, where you’re going, and what you’re committed to improving.
And perhaps most importantly, this attracts people who want to be part of something aligned with their values. Purpose draws purpose.

Joyful Compass is partners with Sumday: an accounting software for carbon—not sustainability software pretending to do accounting.
Designed for trust, accuracy, and real-world use, Sumday brings carbon reporting up to the same standard and frequency as financial accounting, so you can make better decisions, not just tick a compliance box.
With practical education, best-practice supplier engagement, and a brilliant bunch of humans who happen to be accountants on hand, Sumday becomes part of how your business works—not just another glorified BI dashboard you glance at once a year..
-
Yes, it’s called the GHG Protocol and Sumday is built on this. You can learn more about it here. Helpfully, nearly all global standards for climate related reporting refer to the GHG Protocol for the carbon accounting and reporting (global cohesion in standards, now that’s sumthing different). They’re not perfect (find us an accounting standard that is). For now, if you find there’s gaps for your industry in the method or approach for a certain aspects of your accounting, it’s about making reasonable assumptions, disclosing them and staying consistent.
